Izak Rankine has once again blown fans away with his incredible talent away from the footy field.
The Adelaide superstar is one of the most electrifying talents in the AFL, demonstrating his ability in front of goal and in the midfield across 87 games to date with the Suns and Crows.

For the second year running, however, the 24-year-old has shown he is much more than just a footballer.
Rankine took to the stage in the Barossa Valley with a guitar on Tuesday night to belt out Maroon 5 hit “She Will Be Loved” ahead of the AFL’s Gather Round in South Australia.
Some of his teammates were in the crowd, with Taylor Walker seen filming the performance on his phone, which comes 12 months after Rankine handled The Fray’s 2005 classic “Look After You” at a similar event.

It left many footy fans stunned by his off-field gifts.
“What an absolute star! Hard not to like this fella,” was one comment on X.
“A star on and off the field,” said another.
“I’m so glad this guy plays for the Adelaide Football Club. What a star,” posted a Crows fan.
Another asked: “How can one person be gifted with so much talent???”
A fifth wrote: “Extremely jealous. The bloke can play footy and sing. Well done.”
One fan watching on compared Rankine to an Aussie singing superstar, and once-promising junior footballer, tweeting “Vance Joy mark II”.
Some fans took it even further, suggesting Rankine could be part of the entertainment for some big AFL matches in the future, including the grand final.
The league has a checkered history of grand final entertainment over the years, from Robbie Williams to Meat Loaf and plenty in between.
“Half time entertainment,” one fan tweeted simply.
“Better than half the grand final shows the AFL have managed to put on for real,” declared another.
After a number of below par seasons, Rankine’s Crows have made an impressive start to 2025, winning three of their first four matches to sit fifth on the ladder heading into Gather Round.
Victories over St Kilda, Essendon and North Melbourne were followed by a thrilling one-point loss to the Suns on the Gold Coast.
There was a controversial moment late in the clash with the Suns, with Rankine spilling a contested mark with just 1:44 remaining in the final term that would have led to a shot on goal.
The AFL released a statement following the match that Rankine should have been paid the mark or a free kick, but some fans still couldn’t resist a dig at that incident when commenting on Rankine’s singing performance.
One wrote: “Dropped the ball twice in a couple of days.”
Another quipped: “Holds a note better than a chest mark.”
A third said: “At least he didn’t drop the guitar.”
But the response to his singing was overwhelmingly positive and the Adelaide gun appears to have a second career ahead of him whenever he hangs up the boots.
Rankine, who picked up a calf concern against the Gold Coast, has also been named to take on Geelong on Thursday night.
