Stockwell Development general manager Katherine Visini said one of the most desirable elements of Virtuoso was the size of the residences.

“Most residences in West End are one or two bedroom, with the occasional three bedroom,” Ms Visini said.

“So to see an offer that begins at three bedrooms and offers up to five, it was certain to excite the market, especially among owner occupiers looking for a larger, riverfront opportunity.”
