Nudgee College will feature two debut boys, including the son of a former First XV star, when the side confronts Brisbane Grammar School in a local derby on Saturday at BGS.
Finlay King will make his debut at hooker in a reshuffled front row while Nicholas Conway will also debut on right wing with Emmanuel Taviri out injured.
Nick’s dad Bob Conway played First XV for Nudgee before going onto play for the Brisbane Broncos.
A goal kicking back rower, Conway senior played a dozen NRL games for the Broncos, including in the club’s first ever finals’ appearance in 1990.
The Southport School six boys debuted either starting or coming off the bench in the previous week against Brisbane Grammar School, a special moment for the families of Lachlan Frith, Luke Tennant, Daniel Wells, Sid Bradnam, Daniel Statham and Dallas Ingram.

Ingram is also a talented Queensland rugby league representative in his age group.
For this weekend against Brisbane Boys College, Blaze Moana, an elite hooker, has been passed fit to play for TSS.
And BSHS will have two new flankers in their starting debuts - Genesis Iuli and Trent
Picot.
In addition, both Dominic Punivalu and Joseph Pona were new chums on the bench for BSHS.

THINGS WE LEARNED FROM LAST ROUND
BSHS is the real deal
They may have a 1-3 win-loss record, but it could have been 4-0. One point losers to Churchie, they came from behind to pip Nudgee. Both those teams were top seeds in the competition.
And the good news - they can play much better, particularly through the backs.
As a foundation, the backs have a very good forward pack ahead of them.
BBC are contenders
We thought they were, but Churchie’s sound win against them in round 3 had us questioning if we had misjudged their squad.
But they won a big match at the second attempt - against TGS last weekend - and they are where we thought they should be - in the mix for the premiership.
Can The Southport School defy the odds?
TSS have been one of the giants of GPS for the last 15 years, but we thought they may dip to mid table this season. Serves us right. Four rounds, four wins.
The first of several big tests will be held this Saturday against BBC.
This game will answer a lot of questions about both BBC and TSS.
Intriguing to say the least.
Brisbane Grammar School has a back bone
Nudgee were stung by a narrow loss to BSHS last week, and they will confront a BGS side while down in talent, and has been spirited in all games this season.
BGS’s tight forwards Tong-Law, Will Pascoe and Oliver Akhavan, along with captain and No.8 Alex Roe, have led the way and we expect them to do so again.
Last week’s score did not remotely reflect the scoreline against TSS, while their gallant effort away against TGS earned high praise from their rivals.
They are having a go. No more can be asked of them.
Things are hotting up for TGS
TGS face a second successive blow torch when they travel to Churchie on Saturday.
Now this is a match.
Both have been the early competition pacesetters, with Churchie best positioned after a month.
Can TGS bounce back after a last-gasp, narrow loss to BBC a week earlier?
Stay tuned. We will be there.
