Maddison Keeney through to semi final in 3m springboard

SHE already has a bronze medal from Rio and now Maddison Keeney is on the hunt for her second — this time in the 3m springboard.

Olympic bronze medal winning diver Maddison Keeney competed in her second event at the Rio Olympic Games — the 3m springboard — early this morning.

The 20-year-old University of Queensland student is in 9th position and has qualified for the semi final, which is tomorrow at 5am.

Keeney debuted at the Olympics on Monday and came from behind to claim bronze in the women’s synchronised 3m springboard with Annabelle Smith.
