The restaurant and bar will be just off the Bulimba jetty, next to Darvella Patisserie and Melrose.

There is no official opening date yet, but it is expected to be later this month.

Mina’s head chef Joel Walker, who was behind the successful opening of The Calile Hotel in James Street, will be serving up Italian favourites such as Venetian cicchetti snacks, risottos, handmade pizzas and pastas and cocktails.

Handmade pizza will be on the menu.
