Police were called to a hotel on Berrima Street at Wynnum after reports of a fight between three men on Saturday July 5 around 2.30am.

The two offenders allegedly fled the scene in a white 4WD before police arrived.

The victim, a man in his 30s, was found with a serious head injury and taken to Mater Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Footage released by police shows one man bumping into a wall walking into the venue and another behind him.

Police believe the two men may be able to assist with the investigation.
