The proposed development is bordered by Cleveland St to the northeast, Lincoln St to the southwest, multiple residential developments to the south and a medical centre to the north.

Planning documents show the proposed development involves the creation of a new 11 level apartment complex comprising 33 one-bedroom, 11 two-bedroom and fifty-five 55 three-bedroom residential dwellings, a ground retail space, and four levels of basement parking.
