Private pools, wine cellars and bars – a ritzy suburb on Brisbane’s bayside is set to welcome its most high-end residential development.

Rose Haven Manly is a three-storey, luxury apartment project at 16-18 Nelson Pde, Manly and is the brainchild of key bayside figure and current director of Bartons Motors, Mark Beitz.

The project is also being designed and managed by local business in Michael Jullyan’s ThinkTank Architects, will be built by Tierney Constructions and sold by Ray White Manly.

Mr Beitz said construction was expected to start by the end of the year once approved and expected to be complete in early 2022.
