Call out for opinions as arts centre plans unveiled

RESIDENTS and visitors of the Redlands Coast are invited to have their say following yesterday’s announcement of the Quandamooka Art, Museum and Performance Institute.
Construction for the North Stradbroke Island arts centre will commence early next year with the State Government committing $9.5 million to the project.

Tourism Industry Development Minister Kate Jones made the announcement alongside Quandamooka Yoolooburrabee Aboriginal Corporation (QYAC) chief executive Cameron Costello who unveiled the proposed designs.
Mr Costello encouraged all interested parties to give their thoughts on the final designs through an online survey.
