DEVELOPER Raykong Property is set to launch its $96 million Upper Mount Gravatt apartment project to the market next month.
Avion Residences, which consists of twin 15-level buildings connected by a sky bridge, will include a rooftop cinema, pool, private dining and barbecue area.
The 174 apartments will range from 81sq m to 160sq m with prices starting at $451,000.
The Cremin St project will offer two and three-bedroom apartments plus two sub-penthouses, with all designs integrating indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Apartments will sit above a shared two-storey commercial podium with street-level shops and a basement carpark.
It is the first Brisbane venture for Raykong Property, which received development approval in July.
Project manager Michael Sutherland, of PDS Group, said the launch was timed to meet pent-up local demand in a sought-after area.
“Avion Residences will play its part in the gentrification of Upper Mount Gravatt, which as a suburb, figures strongly in the Queensland Government’s CBD decentralisation strategy,” he said.
“Upper Mount Gravatt has superb links to education and employment opportunities and public transport.
“Avion Residences is tapping into the strong demand for apartments in the area.”
Apartments will be available to buy off-the-plan from September 3.
