A NEW Woolloongabba apartment project has been modelled on the marble styling of Dubai’s premium hotels.
The 10-level Palazzo Brisbane, designed by CCN Architects, will include 97 apartments offering permanent residents hotel-style living including in-room dining, Netflix and high-speed internet.
Building facilities include a residents’ club with a beanbag cinema, pool deck, barbecue and alfresco area, sensory herb and condiment garden, ample visitor parking, bicycle storage and on-site management.
Apartments feature Bosch appliances, imported tapware and rainhead showers, drop-in sinks with stone benchtops and internal and external Calacutta styling.
The project, developed and marketed by Sainsbury’s and Nichols Constructions, has already attracted interest from both owner-occupiers and investors and more than 60 apartments have already sold.
Sainsbury’s CEO Glen Sainsbury said residents had an array of amenities on offer to enhance their lifestyle.
“We are at the highest point in the development precinct, we enjoy panoramic views and breezes, we enjoy the closest access to shopping and dining, we are a stroll to the PA Hospital and various transport, and our internal specifications and building amenities are stunning for a boutique development,” he said.
“What’s most interesting with Palazzo Brisbane is that our most expensive apartments were the first apartments sold, contrary to most other projects.”
