BROOKWATER golf-frontage properties are being snapped up almost as fast as they can be readied for sale.
Brookwater Residential general manager Nick Kostellar said Brookwater’s famous butterfly design, which maximised golf frontages, meant they were able to steadily release stages.
“There are no other genuine golf course residential communities with land available in the Brisbane region,” Mr Kostellar said.
“Other golf communities such as Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island are really not competitors as the marine lifestyle is a totally different offering.”
While 25 per cent of Brookwater residents played golf, Mr Kostellar said The Address, which sold five lots in five minutes on the morning it debuted, was an interesting phenomenon.
“This was in October, when we publicly released The Address,” he said.
“There were a number of buyers ready and waiting for the bell to ring.”
He said the Brookwater Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, had generated a reputation as Queensland’s best course, which was also an attractive proposition for potential buyers – mainly professionals with young families.
There are currently eight golf-front homesites available at The Address with blocks ranging from 576sq m to 1095sq m. Prices start at $454,000.
A complementary architectural consultation is included with each block.
