AN 85-lot residential project by developer Payce Consolidated Limited has been announced for Ripley Valley.
Payce has partnered with Sekisui House to sell and market The Entrance Ripley, which will take shape on a site shared by the City Hope Church at the entrance to the Ripley Valley.
Payce will also develop a convenience-based neighbourhood centre, comprising a Caltex service station, a McDonald’s outlet with a McCafe, along with other convenience services.
Blocks in The Entrance will range from 375sq m to 857sq m, with prices starting at $178,000.
Sekisui House project sales and marketing agent Scott Blaney said affordability would be a major drawcard.
“It will offer a quality opportunity for buyers who are wanting to build their own home to enter the property market,” he said.
“The Entrance development will be the gateway to Ripley Valley and is positioned in a terrific location with easy access to major arterial roads, retail and commercial, primary and secondary schools, universities, hospitals and medical facilities nearby.”
Mr Blaney said the project offered strong growth potential given ongoing development and the projected future population of Ripley Valley, expected to house about 120,000 people.
“We are expecting strong uptake from both owner-occupiers and investors who recognise the value, return on investment and long-term capital growth prospects available,” he said.
The Entrance Ripley will take shape at the northern end of Ripley Rd.
