A Brisbane restaurant will be selling its famed bowls of ramen for just $1 — here’s how you can get your hands on it.

Ramen lovers rejoice — a Brisbane favourite is offering up $1 bowls of the delicious meal to some lucky customers.
Restaurant Motto Motto will give the humble ramen a plant-based makeover in November and for the launch they will be selling $1 bowls of their brand new plant based miso ramen.
Motto Motto brings has nine Japanese restaurants across New South Wales and Queensland.
Previously, Motto Motto has been known for its marble score Australian Wagyu beef, premium grade Tassie salmon, bao buns and crispy fried chicken.
Chief operating officer Matt Fickling said now there’s even more on offer for veggie lovers.
“We’re thrilled to be able to cater to those on a vegan, vegetarian or flexitarian diet, and what better time to launch our new plant-based menu than on world vegan day,” he said.
“Our guests spoke and we listened, Australians have been wanting this for a while and we are more than happy to deliver.”
For one day only, Motto Motto’s new plant based miso ramen will be available at all locations — which include Westfield Carindale, Chermside and Mount Gravatt as well as Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, Pacific Fair and Robina Town Centre – for just $1 for the first 200 customers who visit on world vegan day, Tuesday November 1, from 11am.
