AFL SuperCoach: Battle of the Postcodes

AFL Round 8 has delivered another rollercoaster shakeup of the AFL SuperCoach Local "Battle of the Postcodes" standings.

Just 59 local leaders held onto the top spot after the dust settled, while more than 8 were bundled out of their local Top 10 altogether.

In the City North News campaign, Honeybeowas ran over the top of last week’s top team Mi Goreng.

Supercoach player Adrian of Honeybeowas sits at 17,718 points and is ranked 586th nationally, 569 points behind the Supercoach leader Ryder2Gray from Queensland.

The fastest-rising local team this week was Coxtails which scored 2321 and jumped 15,812 spots nationally and is now ranked 15,934th.

There are 450 AFL SuperCoach teams in the City North News’s competition.

A total of 198 SuperCoach points separate first position and tenth position.

The median score for all teams nationally is 13,952.
