FOUR national retailers will be moving into the old Masters Home Improvement building at Everton Park.

Marketing agents CBRE has revealed Super Cheap Auto, Amart Furniture and Best Friends Pet Supercentre will be moving into the former hardware store on Stafford Rd, near South Pine Rd.

CBRE has yet to identify the fourth retailer.

Those will occupy 73 per cent of the 12,700sqm complex. Another two tenancies, with areas of 1112sqm and 2282sqm, are still available.

CBRE expects work to convert the building for the multiple tenants will be finished mid-year.

It estimated the centre’s main trade area has 258,630 people.

The complex backs onto Spotlight, Harvey Norman and Anaconda at 429 South Pine Rd.

Masters Everton Park closed in December 2016.
