North Lakes and Pine Rivers’ best burger has been named, thanks to votes cast by readers.

My T Burger at North Lakes has taken the crown, with locals voting it the best in the region.

The burger shop is well-known for it’s decadent burgers (and delicious fries) and is well worth a few visits a week for some regulars, says owner Travin De Fransz.

“I’ve got some very loyal customers,” Mr De Fransz said.

“I’m very blessed... (they have) helped us become what we’ve become today.”

The business, which is founded off Mr De Fransz’s Christian values, has been running for four years.

“I’ve been prefecting my recipes and making the best burger I can make,” he said.

“We make our own sauce”, which Mr De Fransz said ensured his product had its own unique flavour.

“I’ve had fun,” he said.

My T Burger was voted the area’s best after Matt Preston teamed up with Quest News to ask locals to nominate their favourites.
