Designed by Alto Architects, the proposal involved removing an existing house and replacing it with a new 554sqm building, of under 9.5m in height.

The developers have applied to council to operate the centre from 6.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
All vehicle and pedestrian access will be via Russell Tce.
“The proposed development is designed in keeping with the adjoining developmentbulk and scale to positively contribute to the sustainability of the city,’’ Town Planning Alliance said in the development application (DA).
“As part of the development, large portions of the site are dedicated for deep planting and
vegetation provisions”.
Details of the DA, lodged on July 1, can be found on council’s online portal pdonline.
