AN under-14s football coach has provided one of the more light-hearted highlights of the 2019 Federal Election when he told Scott Morrison to get off a pitch.
The Prime Minister was in the Labor held seat of Longman, Queensland when he visited the Caboolture Sports Football Club last night with LNP candidate Terry Young.

The PM, who was confrnted by union protestors, toured the new facilities including an allweather synthetic pitch, which was only officially opened last week.
But Mr Morrison got an unexpected reaction from under-14s coach Russell Standish who was filmed telling the PM and Mr Young to get off his pitch for not having the correct footwear.
There are strict guidelines around the use of the synthetic surface and Mr Standish said he would have done the same to anyone, not just the PM.
Mr Morrison’ left the pitch, followed by Mr Young and the ensuing camera crews.
