The atrocious abuse hurled at a woman by her Deception Bay partner has been revealed in court.
A 28-year-old man fronted Caboolture Magistrates Court Friday charged with one count of breaching a domestic violence order.
The court heard he berated his partner, telling her she should have died.
“Your father should have killed you,” the man said, the court heard.
“You should slit your own throat.
“You’re a scum.”
The court heard that in his rage, the man approached the woman — who was holding a two-year-old child — and pushed her head before threatening to smash their car.
The court heard the former supermarket worker had sought counselling after the rage and had no similar criminal history.
He pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $600.
