Graham was charged with supplying dangerous drugs between September 5, 2019 and December 12, 2019 at Bald Hills when police found him with a stolen phone and new SIM card. The court heard a forensic download of his phone led to the supplying dangerous drugs charge.
Originally on February 11, 2020 at Bald Hills, Graham was also charged with possessing firearms and weapons. However police prosecution offered no evidence and the magistrate dismissed these charges.
The court heard, on February 11, 2020 at Bald Hills Police found Graham to be in possession of five grams of cannabis, numerous used glass pipes, and electronic scales. He was convicted for these drug charges but not further punished.
