Construction has started on Junction Tower, a $25 million, eight-storey multi-level office building at 1737 Anzac Avenue, North Lakes, providing an ideal address for local businesses looking to expand their operations in an A-grade offering.
It will have shopfronts on the ground floor, five corporate office levels and The Sky Terrace on level eight with views of the coast, Brisbane and a shared entertainment space.
The developers Keymax Property Group were joined by Moreton Bay Regional Council Mayor Peter Flannery and deputy Mayor Jodie Shipway in the official soil turning.
The tower adjoins with the newly completed North Lakes Junction Mixed-use centre and offers commercial office tenancies ranging from 55 sqm to 2100 sqm.
The office development is only minutes from the Bruce Highway, and within walking distance to Mango Hill Train Station, Westfield Shopping Centre, buses, schools, and medical facilities.
The tower will be the first of its kind in North Lakes.
Keymax Managing Director Hendrik Kraaij said Junction Tower will offer businesses a unique opportunity to secure a well-positioned office in the fastest growing region in Queensland.
“With floor to ceiling glazing, providing ample natural light and scenic vistas of the Glasshouse Mountains, Moreton Bay and Brisbane CBD, the offices are one of a kind for the region,” Mr Kraaij said.
“With completion of the development expected at the end of 2023, Keymax Property Group is excited to be accepting pre-lease commitments.”
