A Brisbane region police officer has been stood down from duty over drink driving allegations.
The 54-year-old male senior constable from the Brisbane Region has been charged with one count of driving a motor vehicle while over the legal limit.
A police spokesman said the officer had been stood down from duty with the Queensland Police Service.
The man is expected to appear in Caboolture Magistrates Court on February 5.
