Vintage gun, ammo uncovered in raid on Kingston property

A pink unicorn left on an unmade bed was one of the items police had to check before arresting and charging a woman for a range of drug offences, including holding vintage firearms.

The 32-year-old Kingston woman was arrested in the police raid on Juers St, where police seized two shot guns, ammunition, a small quantity of suspected methamphetamine and a glass pipe.

The woman also faces charges to do with not having adequate authority to hold ammunition and explosives.

She will face Southport Magistrates Court in October.
