In 2019, Logan community members and council’s customers were asked to share their experiences when dealing with council.

They were also asked about their ideas on how we could improve the council service delivery.

The result is the 2020-2024 Draft Customer Experience Strategy.

City Lifestyle Committee Chairperson Councillor Laurie Koranski said Logan needed to ensure all services were efficient and effective.

“We hope the community will take the time to view the strategy again and provide any extra feedback.”
