Six people have been charged after a crime unit carried out sweeping raids across Logan as part of a crackdown on drug crime.
Officers from the Browns Plains Crime Reduction Unit executed a search warrant at a Boronia Heights property early yesterday morning and allegedly found almost 300g of marijuana, a rifle and pipe made out of a fake human skull.
A 31-year-old man was charged with drug possession, unlawful possession of a firearm and possessing utensils.

Three days earlier, police searched a Regents Park property and charged two women and three men with drug possession.
One of the women, a 33-year-old, was also charged with being in possession of a taser.
Acting senior sergeant Nick Edwards said the Browns Plains crime reduction unit had been operating for nearly two decades in various formats but had been rebooted in May.
He said his team currently had 42 people on 297 charges currently before the Beenleigh Magistrates Court.
“It is becoming abundantly clear people are believing they can lead a life of crime,” act snr sgt Edwards said.
“The unit is dedicated to ensuring community safety by acting upon information received from the community.
“We will investigate and we will charge those people as we gather evidence”.
All six people will appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court in October.
