Park Ridge, Logan Reserve estates add $39m to Logan council coffers
New estates sprouting across Logan’s southern suburbs of Park Ridge and Logan Reserve are fuelling council coffers.

SUBDIVISIONS and new estates are lining Logan City Council coffers. In February, council collected a whopping $3,000,810.41 in infrastructure charges from developers. That brought the total for the financial year to $39,840,581.48 million.
The 74-lot Park Rise Stage 1 and 2 developments at 491-499 Chambers Flat Rd, Park Ridge were major contributors.
The Logan Reserve Land Use Area Amendment received ministerial approval in February to proceed to adoption.
