Mr Parmar sent staff home today and brought in new staff to go through hours of CCTV footage from the store’s 16 cameras.

He said a man entered the store from George St, wandered around for about 20 minutes going to the party aisle, before heading to another aisle to pick up some large black cable ties.

Mr Parmar said the staff involved were given the day off so they didn’t have to be involved or ever see the footage.
