THE murder case against a homeless man has been adjourned to give the prosecution time to complete a full brief of evidence.
Paul Conoley, 40, was charged with murdering Woodridge grandfather Steven Church last Friday by “stomping” on his head.

Mr Church was found unconscious with critical head injuries about 5am on Friday and died on the way to hospital.
Today at Beenleigh Magistrates Court, Mr Conoley’s lawyer Jon Ide appeared briefly for his client.
Magistrate Don Mackenzie ordered that a full brief of evidence be completed by June 28 so that a committal mention could proceed on July 24.
Mr Conoley was remanded in custody.
