A man was threatened with a knife and assaulted in a violent armed robbery south of Brisbane over the weekend.
Police are searching for multiple individuals after the man, in his 30s, was assaulted outside a Sunnybank address on Sunday, June 30.
According to police, the man was standing near his vehicle on Becker St about 7.30pm when another vehicle approached with a group of people inside.
One man allegedly threatened the man, while armed with a knife, before assaulting him.
It was alleged another man then stole the 30-year-old’s belongings.
A witness then intervened and the group fled the scene.
Police conducted patrols, but the offenders have not been located.
The 30-year-old suffered minor injuries.
Police are appealing for anyone with information or vision that could assist with investigations to contact police.
