Logan’s fourth Cafe 63 will be opening at Yarrabilba

A new cafe 63 will be opening in Logan, it will join the ranks of the cafes already in Springwood, Beenleigh, and Park Ridge with more than 20 jobs on offer.

Brunch giant Cafe 63 is set to bring yet another store and more than 20 jobs to Logan, with the franchise making the announcement this week.

Known for it’s extensive menu, Cafe 63 will open it’s newest Queensland store in Yarrabilba, rural Logan.

Hamish Watson, director of 63 Group, said the new Cafe 63 store will be located at 280 Yarrabilba Drive, Yarrabilba.

It will be 192 sqm plus an outdoor area, and will sit 150 people.

Mr Watson confirmed Cafe 63 Yarrabilba will create more than 20 jobs, including waitstaff and chefs.

“We plan to open Cafe 63 in Yarrabilba in early December, 2021,” he said.

“We are looking forward to becoming a part of the local community, and believe our family friendly atmosphere and menu will be enjoyed by the residents of Yarrabilba and surrounding suburbs.

“We are excited to bring an all-day breakfast, lunch and dinner experience, seven days a week, to the community of Yarrabilba.”

Cafe 63 Yarrabilba will be open 5:30am to 10pm daily, and will sell flowers and have a dog friendly area.

It will be the fourth Cafe 63 in Logan, joining Beenleigh, Park Ridge and Springwood. It will be one of 38 Cafe 63 outlets across Australia.

The Yarrabilba store was announced via a push notification from the Cafe 63 app on Sunday evening.

It is understood the Yarrabilba store is still under construction and will be a part of the Lendlease Yarrabilba Masterplan development, built near the Harmony Day Care Centre.

Lendlease announced its new $11 billion Yarrabilba master planned community in late 2020.

According to local real estate agent Trudy Weaver signage for the Yarrabilba Cafe 63 has just gone up in the past couple of weeks.

The Yarrabilba Cafe 63 has been advertised in various places online as a ‘Cafe & Coffee Shop business for sale in Yarrabilba’ by broker Hugo Martin from ABS Brisbane Sales.

“Here is a fabulous opportunity to join one of the fastest growing cafe brands in Australia,” Mr Martin wrote.

Mr Martin informs potential buyers the cafe price is only available upon application.

Logan City Council media, Logan City Councillor for the division Laurie Koranski, Hugo Martin, and ABS Brisbane Sales have all been contacted for comment.
