Logan CIB Detective Inspector Tod Reid said the three-month investigation into drug manufacturing, use and distribution in the Logan District aimed to significantly disrupt the manufacturing, use and supply of drugs in the area.

More than 20 properties were raided in the massive police drug swoop, which resulted in 50 people being charged with more than 360 drug and property-related offences.

Cocaine, methylamphetamine, cannabis, diazepam, buprenorphine and testosterone were some of the drugs seized.

But police also took away a range of drug paraphernalia such as scales, pipes, grinders and waterpipes.

Approximately $10,000 in notes was bagged along with weapons including knuckle dusters, ammunition, nunchucks, tasers and a knife in a dragon-shaped sheath.

Suspected stolen bank cards and vehicle keys were also seized.

One of the properties raided was at Duckett St, Beaudesert, where police said they found methylamphetamine and cannabis and seized cash, drug utensils, bank cards and car keys.

A 23-year-old Beaudesert woman was charged with supplying and possessing dangerous drugs along with charges to do with possession of stolen property.

She was also charged with assaulting police and is due to appear in the Beaudesert Magistrates Court in October.

That raid followed a previous swoop on another residence in Beaudesert, at Anna St in July, when a 37-year-old Beaudesert woman was charged with supplying and possession dangerous drugs.

She is due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court in October.

In June, police charged eight people with more than 100 offences following raids in Beaudesert, Tilley, Flagstone and Gleneagle.

The raids coincided with others across the Gold Coast where police arrested five people and seized drugs and cash in bikie-gang related raids.

Four men, aged between 26 and 45, and a woman, 24, were charged with a combined list of 18 offences, mainly drug-related.

Police said the raids were designed to target members of the Comanchero motorcycle gang, listed as an outlawed group.

Properties in Logan, Coomera and the wider Gold Coast were also searched.
