The court heard that Eggmolesse, from Slacks Creek, stole an e-scooter from outside the Imperial Hotel in Beenleigh on January 30, 2022.
She was later found by police and charged with evasion and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

Magistrate Michael O’Driscoll said her history was concerning with repeated unlawful use of a motor vehicle offences.
“You’ve not learnt about the unsafe use of motor vehicles and you’ve never held a driver’s licence,” he said.
“Your SPER debt is very large and that will stay with you until you do something about it.

Eggmolesse was sentenced to 12 months prison and given an immediate parole eligibility date.
She had already served 70 days of pre-sentence custody.
