From first year rookies to top preforming agents selling hundreds of properties a year, these are the 20 plus young gun agents making waves in South East Queensland’s real estate industry.

Aileen Dunbar — Ray White Redland Bay
After 12 years away from the industry, Aileen Dunba was keen to get back in and take on the challenge in today’s real estate world. She was a sales consultant in Cleveland before leaving to start a family.
She started her own business to continue her passion for sales, while raising a family. Now that they’re all grown up, she’s ready to get back in to the fast-paced business and continue her passion for sales and take on new challenges. She joins the Ray White Redland Bay team as Business Development Manager. Her role will be to introduce and secure new business from potential landlords and investors already managed by the agency.
Louisa Andersen — Metrocity Realty
Working alongside with the sales team, Louisa Andersen brings her positive energy and hardworking attitude to proudly present properties for sale. Louisa works with marketing, as well as processing contracts. As a qualified real estate salesperson, Louisa has worked alongside agents to find the perfect buyer for properties for sale.
Before taking the plunge into real estate, Louisa found a passion for fitness and spent two years after graduating Year 12 as a personal trainer, which is where she picked up a lot of her people skills. Reaching goals is one of her niches, whether it be to help her clients achieve their fitness goals, or to help you purchase your dream home.
Part of the strong sales team at Metrocity Realty, Louisa enjoys absorbing all of the knowledge so that she can flourish in her role. Matt Sale — Ray White West End
Matt Sale, Ray White West End’s chief auctioneer, has had experience in all fields of real estate. Starting in property management in 2017 Matt fell in love with the real estate industry.
Matt then moved into sales and has focused all his efforts in the South Brisbane area. In the last year Matt has built serious ground and is now a well-known and popular agent in South Brisbane having sold 35 properties as a lead agent in his first year. He then discovered his desire to be Chief Auctioneer and he did it! You can expect honesty, energy and professionalism which makes Matt different from the rest.
Marcus Ball – Team Solomon
Marcus Ball left a career managing more than 200 staff to start a long-dreamt-of start in real estate sales. After finding the perfect fit with Team Solomon in the Redlands he has listed and sold more than 24 properties totalling sales in excess of $21 million with a few more months to go before his first anniversary with the company. He has since expanded by bringing on his first team member, setting new sights on doubling past achievements.
“As an interior designer with a background styling resorts and high-end accommodation abroad, I take great satisfaction in personally helping my clients present their properties at their best,” Mr Ball said.
“Understandably, this can’t always be achieved, but I do find it gives me leverage over the competition when chasing new street records, and I will do everything in my power to achieve record results for my clients to help them move forward.”
Jessica Gates — Leo Tsimpikas Real Estate
Jess started with at Leo Tsimpikas Real Estate over five years ago as a receptionist. Since then she has learned the ins and outs of property management from the sideline and more recently, dived into the deep end of property management full time.
She has taken to the role like a duck to water and is proof that it is never too late for a career change. Jess puts in the hard work and can genuinely say that she LOVES her job. Ryan Suhle — Ray White North Lakes
Working under his father Darren Suhle at Ray White Northlakes, Ryan Suhle started his real estate career in 2020.
At 19 years of age, Ryan Suhle’s career in real estate has skyrocketed, after becoming Ray White’s youngest real estate agent ever to reach Elite status in 2021, and since reaching Ray White’s highest performing status, Chairman’s Elite, for 2021/22.
In the past 12 months, Mr Suhle has sold 190 properties across the Moreton Bay region.
Harry Tsigounis — McGees Property Brisbane
Harry Tsigounis recently commenced his Commercial Real Estate Career at McGees Property. After successfully applying through QUT’s Next Generation Property careers night, Harry excelled in his 3-month work experience program with McGees. Anthony Khoshaeen — Ray White Holland Park

Lewis Jones — Plum Property
Mr Jones, whose patch covers Indooroopilly, Taringa, St Lucia and Toowong, started with Plum in February last year and in his first year has sold an impressive 20 properties as lead agent.

Jason Atkinson — Ray White Upper Coomera
Jason Atkinson hit the ground running when he began in real estate two years ago with Ray White Upper Coomera.
Reaching Ray White’s highest performance status for 2021/22, Chairman’s Elite, Mr Atkinson has sold 145 properties in the past 12 months.
In 2021, Mr Atkinson took out Ray White’s Rising Star award for sales.
JETT JONES — RAY WHITE MARSDEN
Jett Jones is one of the hardest working young agents at Marsden, where she has been for four months. Already she has won the hearts of numerous sellers and buyers and principal Avi Khan said he was amazed that someone of her age was performing at such a high standard so quickly.
In 2016, she landed a job in a real estate agency in Jimboomba, where she took on the role of receptionist in the sales and property management department. She took to the roles very quickly and ended up reorganising a portfolio of commercial storage units, office management and training younger employees within that company. She has had a few changes throughout her career and has a broad background in real estate. She is now a fully licenced real estate agent and property auctioneer.
Phil Whap — Xperience Realty
Mr Whap, 25, is the junior agent to Xperience Realty founder and principal “super agent’’ Vish Uttam.
The former hospitality worker had zero real estate sales experience joining the Toowong firm a year ago last week.
But in that time he has been involved in 60 property sales.
Mr Uttam said hospitality was the perfect training for being a real estate agent as it taught “chit chat’’ _ the ability to make small talk with a client and make them feel at ease.
Mr Whap has no immediate plans to go out on his own and is enjoying building his skills as part of the zany Xperience team.
Alec McEwan — McGrath Wynnum-Manly
Alec McEwan is an up-and-coming real estate agent and one to watch, starting his career with McGrath Wynnum-Manly in September 2021. He is the son of Principal and Licenced Agent, Gaby McEwan, and has been an eager apprentice during her 16 year career in real estate. Alec sold his very first property for a street record, which saw him become highly driven and motivated to continue achieving outstanding results. Alec has a proactive approach and believes that his regular research of the local area is what enables him to provide his clients with valuable advice and the most up-to-date information.
Alastar See — Ray White Woody Point
After finishing school at Nudgee, and being a Tennis Coach, Alastar realised he has more to offer. Alastar joined the Ray White Woody Point team in May 2021 as an associate to a lead agent, and he is growing with confidence and experience every day.
Danny Day — Ocean Realty
Danny Day is the owner of the newest non franchise real-estate agency in the Wynnum Manly district – Ocean Realty. Ocean Realty hit the market in early 2021 and has had over 20 sales in its first 12 months. A lease has now been signed on a prime office position in the heart of Wynnum, which Mr Day is extremely excited about. “As a boutique agency we are completely committed to customer service and customer experience,” he said.
“We will be entering the rental market soon with a fresh new approach offering a much higher levels of client involvement than is currently being offered by any other brand.
“I have been part of the community in Wynnum since a child attending Guardian Angels primary school and later Iona College.”
Stephanie Marshall — Freedom Property Central
For her clients, Stephanie Marshall’s undivided attention to detail and broad knowledge puts them in safe hands as she makes the entire process streamlined and simple.
Liam McManus — Ray White Redland Bay
Redland real estate agent Liam McManus has been in the job for three months and already has a massive 520 families who have agreed to stay in touch with him on a quarterly basis.
He has approximately 30 properties in the pipeline already that will come to market in the next three to 12 months.
He also has the city’s first property with full marketing and a strong commission rate.
Jordan Rosenthal — Ray White Redland Bay
Jordan Rosenthal works as a sales cadet with Jesse James at Ray White Real Estate Redland Bay and has just listed and sold his first property, which attracted nine offers and achieved $105,000 more than the asking price.
Lewis Galdeman — Raine & Horne Burpengary
Lewis is over 50 and this is his second career, with Raine & Horne Burpengary. According to his boss Gina Wells he can be trusted with all of his knowledge.
“Selling property isn’t just about putting a house on the market for sale, it’s about achieving the highest price by getting the home ready for sale,” she said.
“The reason for this is to stop any problem arising when the pest and building report is done.
“Also he is great at customer service by answering all phone calls from buyers and sellers.”
Cathy Sica — Ray White Woody Point
Cathy was very successful for 17 years in the automotive industry, and in late 2020 decided to give Real Estate ago at Ray White Woody Point. She has gone from being an associate to a lead agent until February this year, when she has now gone out on her own as an Agent.
Ani Jones — Lamonds Real Estate
Introducing Ani Jones Multi-Award-Winning Sales Agent.
Ani graduated as a hairdresser and taught as a teacher from age 19 before diving into the real estate world.
