Increasingly, first-home buyers are looking to satellite cities like Redlands, Ipswich and Logan to snap up an affordable home, but look hard enough and there’s still bargains to be had on Brisbane’s southside.

Here are seven stand-alone houses, all with three bedrooms, that you can snap up today for $400,000 or less.

1) 37 Rocklea St, Archerfield: $339,000

This lowset three bedroom house is located just off Beatty Rd, on a 556 sqm block.
