Brisbane auctions to watch this weekend

More houses are expected to sell this weekend than on any other weekend in Brisbane’s history and we’re bringing the auctions to you, livestreaming 12 of the top auctions of the day with Justin Nickerson of Apollo Auctions and Place Estate Agents.

First-home buyers will be bidding on a townhouse in Manly West, a four-year-old homestead on acreage could set a suburb record in Belmont and don’t miss the auction of a Bardon home that was renovated via Whatsapp when the developer was forced into lockdown.

The last time Brisbane had a major auction event, a home on Grassdale Rd at Gumdale smashed the suburb record and security had to be called in to control the crowd.

This purpose-built home on Grassdale Rd but in the neighbouring suburb of Belmont, is a strong contender to break the record for its suburb, which currently stands at $3.5m.
