They’re the agents television stars, sporting champions and mining magnates call when buying and selling property in Noosa and surrounds. We reveal Noosa’s top 20.

Sunshine Coast mansion breaks Queensland record, sells for $34 million

They’re the agents that TV stars, sporting champions and the high flyers of the corporate worlds call when offloading and picking up Noosa most in-demand property.

From Dawn Fraser, Karl Stefanovic to Pat Rafter and Gina Rinehart, these are some of the residential agents the famous have turned to.

The Sunshine Coast Daily has compiled a list of the top 20 real estate agents in Noosa and its surrounds.

The agents were selected considering their connections to high-profile people, their volume of sales, community contributions and how they’ve made their mark in the region.

Sale data on realestate.com.au, which requires agents to keep their records updated, was used to compile the list.

The top 20, in no particular order.

Olivier Miller

She’s the principal of one of the Coast‘s longest running agencies, Laguna Real Estate, which began in 1978.

Since she took helm of the agency more than two decades ago, Laguna has expanded to four offices at Noosa Heads, Tewantin, Noosaville and Gympie with more than 40 professionals on board.

The prestige property specialist has been recognised by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, Real Estate Institute of Australia and Financial Review.

According to realestate.com.au, Ms Miller has sold two properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $1.3m for 2021.

Sam Plummer


With more than 20 years of industry experience as a prominent agent in Noosa, Ms Plummer is closing in on the magical 1000 career sales.

According to realestate.com.au, Ms Plummer sold 22 properties as lead agent at a median value of $1.42m for 2021.

The Noosa Estate Agents veteran negotiated the sale of a Noosa Heads home to Olympic legend Dawn Fraser in 2001 and has been tasked with selling it again 20 years later.

One of the consistent top performers of the prestigious Tom Offermann agency.

Mr Hunter, a Noosa resident since 2001, was the top selling agent for Mr Offermann in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

According to realestate.com.au, Mr Hunter sold six properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $6.28m for 2021.

The potential heir to her father’s property kingdom is a great agent in her own right.

Ms Offermann has a business degree majoring in advertising and public relations and has honed her craft in property under dad Tom‘s watchful eye.

Throughout 2021 the qualified schoolteacher told News Corp she sold more than $146m in property at a median sale price of $5.6m.

In 2020, Ms Offermann negotiated the sale of Boost Juice founder Janine Allis’ holiday home for $5.2m.

According to realestate.com.au, Ms Offermann sold 13 properties as lead agent at a median price of $3.48m.

Petar Markanovic


A young agent who was a former sales and marketing specialist at One Agency who recently branched out on his own.

Mr Markanovic founded Markanovic Real Estate with his wife Emily.

According to realestate.com.au, Mr Markanovic sold 13 properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $2.25m for 2021.

Frank Milat

The Richardson and Wrench Noosa agent is an industry veteran whose career dates back to 1987.

Mr Milat formerly owned a Sunshine Beach agency but was drawn to Hastings St.

According to realestate.com.au, Mr Milat sold 21 properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $1.18m over the past 12 months.

In 2011, the Richardson and Wrench Noosa agency sold former tennis ace Thomas Muster’s $5m home to Formula 1 star Mark Webber.

Liam Anlezark

The former skipper of the mighty Noosa Pirates rugby league club and grand final winner has strong ties to the region through his football circles.

He is the principal of Stay Property Group Noosaville.

According to realestate.com.au, Mr Anlezark sold 27 properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $785,000 for 2021.

Mike Hay and David Conolly

The co-principals of Century 21 Conolly Hay Noosa Heads started as a humble team of two in 2011 and the group has since expanded to three offices in Noosa Heads, Peregian Beach and Sunshine Beach with 20 staff.

In 2018, the group was named Century 21’s number one office in Australasia by value of sales and as the runner up in Australasia by number of sales.

The Conolly Hay Group oversaw the sale of a Little Cove beach house formerly owned by high profile stockbroker David Evans for $11.2m in 2018.

According to realestate.com.au, Mr Conolly sold 15 properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $1.91m for 2021 while Mr Hay sold 13 properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $2.08m for 2021.

Cameron Urquhart

Another of Tom Offermann Real Estate’s top performers, Mr Urquhart has a career spanning almost 30 years with residential and commercial sales totalling more than $1bn.

According to the agency’s website, Mr Urquhart holds record sales in Sunshine Beach, Sunrise Beach, Castaways Beach and the Noosa hinterland.

Mr Urquhart is currently negotiating the sale of a beachfront estate at Castaways Beach which is under offer and listed for $20m.

According to realestate.com.au, Mr Urquhart sold eight properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $1.96m for 2021.

Robbie Neller

A Peregian Beach born and bred local who started out in real estate aged 15 and is now principal of his own agency.

Mr Neller comes from a family of builders; his grandfather built their first family home on Peregian Esplanade in 1977.

According to realestate.com.au, Mr Neller sold 37 properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $1.32m for 2021.

Lisa Hornsby


Part of the real estate fabric in Noosa for almost 15 years, Ms Hornsby is a proven performer with Dowling and Neylan.

This year she set a new state auction record with the sale of a home in October for $16.45m.

According to realestate.com.au, Ms Hornsby sold six properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $1.08m for 2021.

David Berns

A Doonan and Eumundi region specialist, Mr Berns claims to have amassed more than $200m in sales throughout a two-decade career.

According to realestate.com.au, Mr Berns sold 24 properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $1.6m for 2021.

Mr Berns, in tandem with Graham Smith and Kess Prior of Hinternoosa, sold a 16ha mansion at Cooroy Mountain for $4.6m.

Adrian Reed

Few can say they’re one phone call away from a former Australian test cricket skipper in Michael Clarke and celebrity accountant Anthony Bell, who is his business partner.

Mr Reed told News Corp he sold 40 properties in 2021 for more than $112m.

Reed and Co has grown significantly since Mr Reed started up his own boutique agency after leaving rival Dowling Neylan.

The agency recently achieved a record sale for Noosaville with the sale of the late Hayco founder Donald Hay which fetched $12m.

According to realestate.com.au, Mr Reed sold 29 properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $2.9m for 2021.

Rachel Sellman

Together with principal agent Mike Hay, Ms Sellman sold a Sunshine Beach home to TV celebrity Karl Stefanovic for $3.6m.

The Century 21 Noosa agent was born into the well-known Clout family of designers, builders and developers.

She was named as Century 21 Queensland’s top performing salesperson in 2017, 2019 and 2020.

Ms Sellman sold more than $25m throughout 2020 and has a surname that demands inclusion.

There were no sales listed for Ms Sellman on realestate.com.au.

Pip Covell

Pip Covell has headed up the Sunshine Beach Real Estate for more than 20 years, and has been associated with the boutique agency for 30 years.

The agency is the annual sponsor of the Sunshine Beach High School’s arts extravaganza and she is a patron of the Noosa Alive festival.

According to realestate.com.au, Ms Covell sold one property as lead agent for $2.63m for 2021.

Eric Seeto

Another of the high achievers of the Tom Offermann agency, Eric Seeto has racked up more than $100m in sales throughout the past 12 months.

Mr Seeto is from a wealthy Singaporean family and arrived in Noosa in 1995 with a graphic design and arts background.

Now a 25-year veteran, he was named in Queensland’s top 30 agents for the total number of sales for the year.

According to realestate.com.au, Mr Seeto sold 12 properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $3.75m in 2021.

Kate Cox and team

Kate Cox, her husband Tony and Erin McCartin make up a dynamic trio as part of the Reed and Co agency.

According to realestate.com.au, Ms Cox sold 27 properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $1.77m for 2021.

Ms Cox, an agent of 12 years, is thoroughly involved in the Noosa Arts Alive, InNoosa Magazine and other community groups.

Clint Smith


An agent known for his dancefloor antics who joined forces with other property players to open boutique agency Suter Smith Cleine.

Mr Smith partnered with Ian and Linda Suter and Tyron Cleine to make a formidable team.

They have been described as quality operators by industry insiders.

He was formerly of McGrath’s Noosa.

According to realestate.com.au, the agency has sold 18 properties for 2021 however not all the sale prices were disclosed.

Dan Neylan

The industry veteran has amassed more than $500m in real estate sales throughout a 25-year career.

He leads a boutique agency which sold 46 Seaview Terrace, Sunshine Beach, the former home of tennis legend Pat Rafter to Therese Rein and Kevin Rudd for more than $17m.
According to realestate.com.au, Mr Neylan sold five properties as lead agent at a median sale price of $1.25m for 2021.

Tom Offermann


Last but not least is the undisputed king of Noosa real estate having arguably the best-performing boutique agency in Queensland.

With almost 40 years’ industry experience, Mr Offermann heads an agency that has sold about 60 per cent of all of the top-end property in the region over the past three years.

Throughout 2021, Mr Offermann told News Corp he sold 11 properties at a median price value of more than $9m.

Mr Offermann has long been a community figurehead with his agency the longtime major sponsor of the Noosa Heads Surf Lifesaving Club and the Noosa Coastguard.

Mr Offermann has been widely reported to have negotiated the off-market sale of a $34m mansion to mining magnate Gina Rinehart, though he declined to comment.
