When we put the call out for North Queensland parents to share their child’s costumes for this year’s Book Week, we were inundated with some absolutely stunning versions of beloved characters.
With hundreds of nominations already and more on the way as other schools host their own Book Week dress-up days, we’ve set about building a number of photo galleries and a poll so you can vote for your favourite.
The costumes with the most votes across the next fortnight will be selected to go in a special Book Week spread in the Townsville Bulletin.
View the first of our galleries below and vote for the outfit you believe should win through the corresponding poll below each gallery.
The poll is listed in the same order as the gallery, e.g. photo number one will be name one in the poll.
There are some polls which feature children with the same name, so be careful voting.
