A serious two-car crash outside a Coomera theme park left two people trapped in their cars.
Emergency services rushed to the scene at Dreamworld Parkway around 10am Sunday.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said three people were assessed at the scene, one with chest injuries and one with leg injuries.
Two women and one man were taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in stable conditions after being freed from the wreck.
The road remained closed at the Hope Island Rd and Dreamworld Parkway intersection around 11am with police directing traffic at the Amart Furniture Centre.
The road reopened at noon.
