Winning ticket for Wednesday Gold Lotto bought in Wulguru

A person who purchased a Gold Lotto ticket at a Townsville store has won big. Here’s what to look for to see if it’s you.

A person who bought a ticket in Wulguru has won the Gold Lotto.

A Townsville resident or visitor has scored $1m in the Wednesday Gold Lotto draw – but they might not know it yet.

A mystery ticket holder held one of the four division one winning entries in Monday and Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 4381, drawn Wednesday 10 April 2024 and took home $1m.

The winning entry was not registered to a player card, which means officials from The Lott have no way of notifying the winner and must wait for them to check their ticket.

The winning ticket was purchased at Stuart Drive Food and News in Wulguru.

Stuart Drive Food and News owner Trevor Nicholson said they were thrilled to have sold a division one winning entry to one of their customers.

“It’s such a fantastic day for us and of course, for our winning customer!” he said.

“We know these wins change lives and we just hope our amazing winner discovers their fortune soon and can celebrate accordingly.

“It’s been a while between division one wins for us so we’re hoping this starts a run of big wins and good vibes across the community.”

The Lott spokesman James Eddy said he was eagerly waiting to speak to Townsville’s latest division one winner.

“It’s very likely this division one winner is oblivious to the fact they became a millionaire last night!” he said.

“Make sure you check your tickets and if you do discover you are holding the winning ticket, contact The Lott on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.”

The winning numbers in Monday and Wednesday Gold Lotto draw 4381 on Wednesday 10 April 2024 were 5, 34, 29, 23, 44 and 26, while the supplementary numbers were 20 and 16.
