Otto’s Market reinvents the VoVo, Tim Tam and Golden Gaytime for Australia Day

Otto’s Market has put a new spin one some true blue Aussie favourites in celebration for the most patriotic day of the year.

Otto’s Market has put a new spin one some true blue Aussie favourites in celebration of the most patriotic day of the year.

Indulge in iconic homegrown food with a twist this Australia Day with an Arnott’s Iced VoVo, Arnott’s Tim Tam or Golden Gaytimecupcake handmade by the bakers at Otto’s.

Otto’s Market bakery manager Chloe Kelly said she envisioned marking Australia Day this year with pop-icon food.

“We have such good products every day of the year so it is great to bring something special out for special occasions,” she said.

“If we can add some extra special crowd pleasing food to everyone’s Australia Day, I have done my job.”

The mini snack treats are not easy to make every morning and include a lot of “prepping, baking, decorating and taste testing” as well as weeks of research and development.

Ms Kelly said she had been overwhelmed with the response in the last 24 hours.

“I didn’t think they would be as popular as they have been so that has been exciting,” she said.
