COWBOYS skipper Michael Morgan has listed his ritzy Palmer St apartment on the market for more than half a million dollars.
The two-bedroom unit in the Solarus Apartments complex on Palmer St, offering views over Ross Creek and the marina to the city, is on the market for $570,000.
It was put on the market at the start of December.
Records show Morgan purchased the property in 2014 for $465,000, the year he shifted to fullback for the Cowboys and was called into Queensland’s extended State of Origin Squad.
The airy unit on Palmer St is described as “charming” and within easy walking distance of many wining and dining options along Palmer St.
“There is an internal European laundry and large linen cupboard. The basement offers a secure parking space and storage cage,” the advertisement said.
It is lavishly fitted out with Miele appliances in the kitchen and an “overly large” shower and full bath.
The apartment also grants the buyer access to the complex’s pool and gym.
In July last year the 131 sqm was listed for rent for $500 a week.
