A man was taken to Townsville University Hospital after being bitten by a snake on Thursday morning.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said a man in his 60s had been bitten on his toe by the reptile at a private residence near Riverway Drive, Kelso.
Paramedics treated the man before transporting him to the hospital in a stable condition.
