A man has suffered multiple injuries after being struck by a car outside of Stockland shopping centre.

A man has suffered multiple injuries after being struck by a car outside of Stockland shopping centre.
Emergency services were called to the incident on Rossi River Rd shortly before 6pm.
It is understood the man, aged in his 30s, suffered head, arm and knee injuries after he was hit by a vehicle.
The man is reportedly conscious and breathing.
The man was taken to Townsville University Hospital by paramedics.
Three outbound lanes are closed.
Forensic Crash Unit are investigating.
