A TEENAGE driver allegedly behind the wheel of a stolen car involved in a crash that killed Jennifer Board has had his matters adjourned to June.
Gregory Clubb’s lawyer Margaret Crowther appeared in court for the teen who was allegedly driving a stolen Hyundai along Ross River Rd when, Chris Hughes, allegedly rammed the car from behind in his Holden Statesman.
Clubb has been charged with a string of offences, including dangerous operation of a vehicle and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
His matter will return to court on June 7 for further mention.
The 18-year-old was remanded in custody.
Police will allege that Clubb fled the scene after the crash and dumped the car at a Garbutt address.
He was arrested alongside Layne Newman, who was allegedly inside the car with Clubb and another woman, at Rasmussen days after the crash.
Newman has been charged with four counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, two counts of attempting to enter a dwelling with intent at night, unlicensed driving (having never held a licence) and multiple stealing offences.
Hughes has been charged with Ms Board’s murder and has been remanded in custody.
The matter is still processing through the courts.
