One of two men charged over the death of Jennifer Board has faced court, as a sentencing hearing date was handed down in the Townsville Magistrates Court.
Christopher Michael Hughes faces one charge of manslaughter, for his alleged role in Ms Board’s death.
Police have alleged he was chasing a stolen vehicle, driven by Gregory Clubb, when he lost control of his vehicle, crashing into Jennifer Board, who was riding her motorbike.
Appearing before the Magistrates Court on Wednesday, Hughes was handed down a sentencing hearing date of Friday, November 3.
He has not yet entered any pleas, though is expected to on his next appearance.
