Bee attack: Toddler suffers multiple stings on McLennan Rd in Paluma
A toddler who was airlifted to Townsville Hospital in a serious condition after suffering an estimated 100 bee stings has bravely battled back.

A young boy helicoptered to Townsville University Hospital in a serious condition after suffering an estimated 100 bee stings in Paluma has bravely battled back.
Townsville Health and Hospital Service said on Tuesday that the toddler had been discharged from hospital after suffering multiple bee stings on a rural property between Townsville and Ingham at 4.30pm on Monday.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the boy was flown from the scene of the incident at holiday cabins on McLennan Rd in Paluma to TUH.
The condition was described as serious at the time.
