15-year-old boy refuses to leave his cell to appear in court
An alleged teen crim refused to leave his jail cell this morning to face court after a violent incident overnight involving a taxi driver.

A TEENAGE boy has allegedly threatened a taxi driver in a violent incident overnight in Townsville.
The 15-year-old who cannot be named refused to leave his cell this morning to face two serious charges of entering premises and robbery with violence in the Townsville High Risk Youth Court.
The incident is alleged to have occurred at 1.30am against a taxi driver in Fulham Rd, Heatly.
The court heard the boy had been sentenced to three months probation less than two weeks ago.
It was also heard the boy was in the care of the state.
The charges were remanded to June 2 for mention.
No application for bail was made on the boy’s behalf.
