Toowoomba police charge man over Wine Estate crash
Police have seized a man’s vehicle and charged him with drugged driving after he crashed into a tree in Wilsonton Heights.

A 20-year-man will face the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on January 11 charged with drugged driving.
Emergency services were called to a single-vehicle crash in Port St at Wilsonton Heights, about 3.20pm yesterday.
Police alleged the man crashed into a tree while under the influence of drugs.
Paramedics assessed the driver and his two passengers for minor injuries.
One was transported to the Toowoomba Hospital.
The man was arrested, charged with drugged driving and was given a notice to appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court.
They also seized his car.
