The Festival of Food and Wine has announced some massive changes to its music line-up, as border restrictions force acts to pull out of the iconic event.

Critically acclaimed Brisbane band Ball Park Music will now feature Friday night, while legends Brian Cadd and Russell Morris will perform an tribute to Australian rock on the Saturday.

Queensland music makers Busby Marou and Xavier Rudd will bring the festival to a close on Sunday.

Sarah Blasko, Grace Knight, Wendy Matthews, Richard Clapton and GANGgajang were on the initial announcement, but cannot make the trip north due to the border restrictions.

Other new inclusions include Mackay’s Tia Gostelow, Toowoomba indie-pop star Maggie Elyse and locals Fenny and the Mets.
